Cliik was commissioned by the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner to deliver the community element of the Home Office funded Safer Stonehouse project.
2020-21
The project aimed to reduce crime and to help people feel safe within their homes and in their community. It set out to achieve this by installing improved street lighting and CCTV in key locations, and importantly, by encouraging local people to be actively involved in taking greater control and ownership of their neighbourhoods through small, neighbourhood, community-led projects (Community Sparks Fund), active participation in Community Watch Schemes and ‘waymarking’ to help build a sense of pride in the area.
